Yuka Shiotani Recommends: Kinako Dango from Nakagawa Mochi Shop

 

Yuka Shiotani, who lives in Imizu City and works at the local tourism association, recommends kinako dango from Nakagawa Mochi Shop (headquarters: Imizu City) as a great souvenir.

 

This has been her soul food since childhood. Priced at just 79 yen per skewer (as of the interview date), it is affordable and has a mildly sweet flavor, making it an excellent choice.

 

She also mentioned that she sometimes buys it when people outside the city gather.
