Rikuo Ogiya & Kanade Recommend: Shiroebi Senbei from Hinodeya Seika Sangyo & Kintsuba from Jirobei
Rikuo Ogiya and Kanade, residents of Toyama City, recommend two local souvenirs: Shiroebi Senbei from Sasaraya, a rice cracker from Hinodeya Seika Sangyo (headquarters: Nanto City), and kintsuba (sweet azuki bean cake coated with a thin flour batter) from Kintsuba Honpo Jirobei (headquarters: Himi City).
Regarding Kintsuba, they shared that Jirobei was located near their grandfather’s house, making it a familiar part of their daily lives.
