Hokuriku Electrical Construction Company’s 80th Anniversary Event starts in Nanto City. It offers lots of family fun, including climbing trials and celebrity performances

Hokuriku Electrical Construction Company, celebrating its 80th anniversary this October, will hold the anniversary event as one of its commemorative projects on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at the Sakuragaike Climbing Center in Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture.

The event offers lots of family fun, such as a climbing trial, an impersonation stage, a comedy live, and a drumming demonstration by Gojinjo Taiko, a local performing group in Wajima, Ishikawa.

There are also events related to local professional sports teams that the company supports as a sponsor, such as stages by Kataller Toyama, a football team, with Hokuriku Idol Club, and by G.O.W, the official dance team for the Toyama Grouses, a basketball team.

The event will open from 10:00 to 15:00, and the entrance fee is free. A free shuttle bus will also run between the venue and the Fukumitsu and Johana municipal buildings of Nanto City Hall.

Visitors will receive gifts such as a tote bag with the 80th-anniversary logo until the stock runs out.

(Comments from the editorial office: There are so many events in the fall that it’s hard to decide where to go. It’s the 80th anniversary, so it seems to have lots of family fun! Takei, the development producer

This event may seem slightly different from the information we usually introduce in the series. I engaged in the interpreter for a worker of the Hokuriku Electrical Construction who won a bronze medal at the WorldSkills Competition in Lyon, France, last month. Because of this connection, I tried to introduce this event. The Hokuriku Idol Club, previously introduced in our media, will also appear on a stage. The idol group has already become a local star. It’s amazing. Sakamoto, the editor-in-chief

Congratulations! This flyer teaches me that turning a company’s founding anniversary into an event and spreading awareness among the local community is important for CSR. Akashi, the producer)
